Return Policy

            Global Truck Outfitters recognizes that sometimes returns are a necessary part of business and we will do everything in our ability to make it a painless and easygoing process. All of our returnable products are given a 30-day return period from the day of shipment delivery.  In the case that a return is desired, you MUST request a Return Authorization Number (RA).  Returns without an RA will not be accepted under any circumstances. This number, along with proper return shipment information (customer name and address) must be printed in clear view on the outside of the shipping box. Fill out the form below to request an RA and it will be sent to you via email or telephone.

A 15% restocking fee will be applied to any product returned for reasons other than: A. a fault of www.globaltruckoutfitters.com or B. a manufacturer defect. All returns must be received in their original packaging in a new, unused and ready to sell condition with all original packaging and paperwork. Credit for returns and core charges will be issued only after the product passes a return inspection. Returns and exchanges take approximately 7-10 business days to process and your new part will be shipped only after the return has been received. If a replacement is desired right away, we recommend ordering a new part right away. Global Truck Outfitters will not accept any responsibility for parts damaged as a result of the return shipment.

 

Credit WILL NOT be issued for:

·        Shipping Charges (with the exception of an error on our behalf)

·        Labor/Installation Charges

·        Products used, altered or damaged by the customer

·        Products missing any parts

 

Any product returned due to manufacturers defect or an error on our behalf will be entitled to a prepaid return-shipping label. Please call to receive a label.

 

We DO NOT accept returns on:

·        Products shipped via truck freight

·       Products that have been modified from their original state (painted, cut, drilled, etc)

·       Wheels or tires that have been mounted

·        Products personally customized to the customer

Shipping Policy

             Same day shipping will be applied to most standard orders received before 1 P.M. Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday except holidays. Weekend and after hours orders will be processed the following business day. Please allow extra time for shipments during holidays. The shipping cost on all orders is generated during checkout and is based on the size of the order and the distance of the shipment. Please refer to the shipping company for shipment tracking numbers if available. Items too large for standard shipment will have to be shipped via truck freight. ALL TRUCK FREIGHT ORDERS MUST BE SHIPPED TO A COMMERCIAL ADDRESS. Please call for truck freight shipment quotes. Due to the complexity of special and custom orders it will be necessary to call for a shipment date estimate. Second day air orders will require a raise in shipping price which will be determined at check out. Global Truck Outfitters cannot be held responsible for lost, missing or damaged shipments due to a shipping company error and any complaints related to these events must be taken up with the shipping company at fault.
